About the Author
Shaykh Abu al-Fadl 'Abd-Allah al-Siddiq al-Ghumari (1910–1993 CE) was a distinguished Moroccan scholar of hadith, Islamic jurisprudence, and theology. Born in Tangier, Morocco, he pursued advanced Islamic studies at the University of al-Qarawiyyin in Fez before continuing his education at Al-Azhar University in Egypt.
He studied under numerous eminent scholars of his era, receiving authorizations (ijazat) in the Islamic sciences. Throughout his lifetime, he authored more than sixty works covering hadith, jurisprudence, theology, and other Islamic disciplines. His scholarly contributions continue to be valued by students and researchers of traditional Islamic knowledge.
